All the applicants applying to Satyapriya Roy College of Education for the admission in B.Ed. programme must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given bellow fully before proceed to apply.

Once the application form is filled up and submitted, a unique Application Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Application No. carefully. After that Applicant can pay Processing Fee Online after Login to the Applicant Panel and take print out of E-Receipt and pre filled application form. Applicant can use the same to print the Form in future.

Once the Application No is generated, applicant will have to pay the processing fee online from the Applicant Panel and get the print out of the filled-in Application Form. Applicant should keep two copies of E-Receipt (Applicant & College copy) safely. College copy will be required at the time of scrutiny. Application submitted online will be valid only after pay the processing fee (Rs. 500/-) online within 14th September 2023.

This system will remain open for online form submission from 1st September 2023 to 14th September 2023 till 5 pm. The Merit list will be published on 16.09.2023. Admission will be starting from 16.09.2023 to 18.09.2023 and the second list will be published against vacant seat, if required. The admission for Second listed candidates against the vacant seats, if any will be starting from 20.09.2023 to 22.09.2023. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number so that college may communicate whenever required. Applicants are requested to visit the applicant panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payment status etc.

Important : Applicants must preserve the Application No for future references. Applicants who will not be able to refer the Application No cannot be entitled for any communications.

Please, do not use mobile to fill application form. Use desktop or laptop computer while filling application form and pay online fee.
In case of any online payment failure, please wait 24 to 48 hours before re-payment. Please, do not make double payment. Any payment related issues, you may contact to srce@ugonline.in with mentioning your payment details.

Photograph must be a your recent passport style colour picture. Allowed Photo Size – 120 X 120, and size of file is not more than 100KB.
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink/jel pen. Dimensions size 120 X 20. Size of file should be between ( 10KB – 50KB).
File size of other documents (Age Proof, Marksheets, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate, in case of PWD candidate etc.) should be between 600 X 900. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 500KB.
All attached documents should be visible clearly for e-verification purpose. Applicants are advised to scanned the documents in jpg/jpeg format under specified size before upload in form submission.
Please update your attachments, if require, before end date of form submission.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduation or Post Graduation from any recognized University with 50% marks for General / Un-Reserved category and candidates belonging to SC & ST with 45% marks are eligible to apply.

2. Reservation of seats and upper age limit will be as per the rules of the Govt. of West Bengal.

3. Selection will be made strictly in order of merit on the basis of Grade Marks for the Fresher candidates and for Deputed candidates on the basis of valid Teaching Experience (Date of Joining).

4. Best of Four Subjects for Higher Secondary Examination and best of Five subjects for Secondary/Madhyamik Examination be taken as choice of Subjects.

I have read the instructions (including WBUTTEPA norms and College admission rules) carefully and I shall abide by the decision taken by the college authority in this regard.
